Our facilities are non-staffed. You will automatically receive a door code about 30 minutes before your reservation. If you have not received it, call (234) 714-9088 for remote entry.

What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?

Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before your reservation. With more than 12 hours notice you will receive a full refund minus card processing fees. No refunds inside 12 hours or for no-shows. Rescheduling also needs 12 hours notice.

How many players can use one batting cage?

Up to three players per cage rental. Members may bring one guest for a $10 guest fee. Cage rentals are for individuals rather than teams. Helmets are required when the Hack Attack pitching machine is in use.

Do I need a membership to book?

No. Anyone can book a lesson or a cage at standard rates: $50 for a 30-minute lesson and $70 for 45 minutes. Basic membership is $79 a month and Premium is $109 a month, which drops lessons to $30 and $45. Both cover up to two athletes per household.

HitTrax is included with a Premium membership, or available as a $50 session. HitTrax is available at both North Canton and Canal Fulton.
