FAQ

Questions, answered

What's the difference between Basic and Premium?
Both include the All-Access Cage Pass with unlimited online cage bookings. Premium drops lesson rates to $30 (30-min) and $45 (45-min) and includes 30-minute HitTrax sessions at no extra charge. Basic keeps lesson rates at non-member pricing and charges $50 for HitTrax. Premium discounted lesson pricing is capped at 4 hours per month — additional lessons in the same month are billed at non-member rates. Premium still pays for itself quickly if you train weekly.
Can I cancel my membership at any time?
Memberships are month-to-month. Contact us before your renewal date and we'll take care of the rest — no long-term commitment.
Do I need a membership to take a lesson?
No. Non-members can book lessons at $50 (30 min) or $70 (45 min). Memberships just lock in lower per-lesson rates and add cage and HitTrax access.
Which location has HitTrax?
HitTrax is available at both Canal Fulton and North Canton. Take swings in 30 MLB stadiums and track your data session over session at whichever location is closer.
How do I reserve a cage or HitTrax session?
Use the Schedule page to pick a time. Members and non-members both book through the same system — pricing reflects your membership level automatically.
Do you offer family or multi-athlete pricing?
Memberships are priced per family and cover up to two athletes in the same household. If three or more athletes from the same household need to use a membership, contact us and we'll put together pricing that works for your family.
